Lynda (Hammontree) Warner

Summary

Lynda (Hammontree) Warner, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025, at the age of 77. She was surrounded by the love of her family, who meant the world to her.
Lynda was a woman of grace, strength, and unwavering faith. Her deep belief in God was the foundation of her life and a source of comfort and guidance to all who knew her.
Born in Logansport, Indiana, on September 27th, 1947, Lynda graduated from Logansport High School in 1965. She lived a life full of warmth and kindness and found joy in the simple pleasures—gardening in the sunshine, discovering treasures on shopping trips, and, most of all, spending cherished time with her family. Her home was always filled with love, and the comforting smell of vanilla candles and holiday blessings.
Lynda's nurturing spirit and generous heart touched everyone she met. She had a gift for making people feel seen and welcomed. Whether tending to her garden or spending time with her loving husband, Bill, Lynda gave her time freely.
She is survived by her husband Bill, her daughter’s Lisa Stokes & Tammy Keenan, son-in-law, Jeremy Keenan, as well as her grand-daughter, Stevie Keenan, who will carry her memory in their hearts forever. Her legacy of faith, love, and compassion lives on in all who were blessed to know her.
A celebration of Lynda’s life will be held at a later time.
Lynda’s light continues to shine through the lives she touched, and she is already missed deeply.
