Lorene Fay Champlin (Gray), 88, passed away on September 10, 2025, in Brownsburg, Indiana. Born on November 23, 1936, in Martinsville, Indiana, Lorene was the daughter
of William F. Gray and Margaret Gray.

She graduated from Martinsville High School and went on to earn a degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University. Her professional journey led her to Wilmington, North Carolina, where she contributed her talents to the Chamber of Commerce.

Lorene had a passion for travel, writing, and social activities. She was known for hosting lively dinners at her home, bringing people together with warmth and
hospitality. After many years in Wilmington enjoying life by the ocean, she returned to Indiana later in life. Her faith was an important part of her life. Lorene was an active member and
volunteer at Good Samaritan Episcopal Church in Brownsburg.

She is lovingly remembered by her son, Dane Champlin of Sarasota, FL; her daughter, Lisa Gruber (Champlin) of Brownsburg, IN; and her brother, Henry
Gray of Martinsville, IN., 3 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Wilma Anderson.

A memorial service and reception will be held at 4:00 p.m., on October 4, 2025, at Good Samaritan Episcopal Church, located at, 3949 S. Green Street, Brownsburg, IN 46112.
