Kevin Eugene Clark

Summary

Kevin Eugene Clark, age 63, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on September 12th, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on July 1, 1962, to the late Harry and Harriet Clark. Kevin lived a life full of laughter, love, and unforgettable memories.

He spent many years working at Business Furniture Corporation (BFC), where he was known for his skill, dedication, and camaraderie. Kevin’s work ethic was matched only by the warmth he shared with colleagues and friends—of which he had many. To know Kevin was truly to love him.

He loved spending time outdoors, especially at the creek, in Eagledale, where he played as a child, and later brought his own children to explore and enjoy. Nature, laughter, and family were his favorite companions.

Kevin had a passion for music and could light up any room with his karaoke performances. He was a social soul who thrived on connection—whether it was sharing stories, cracking jokes, or dancing the night away.

One of Kevin’s greatest joys was attending the Indianapolis 500. He was a devoted fan of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and made it a tradition to be there every year, soaking in the energy, speed, and excitement of race day. It was more than a hobby, it was a celebration of life, community, and hometown pride.

Kevin had a soft, gentle soul and a magnetic sense of humor that drew people in and kept them laughing. He was the life of the party, whether belting out karaoke classics or playing a lively game with friends. He was a member of the American Legion and IPB Club. His signature drink, “The KC”—a screwdriver with a splash of Malibu—was a staple at the Club, a fitting tribute to his vibrant personality. He loved a game of horseshoes and was in charge of horseshoes at The Legion 497.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Pam Clark; his children: Katie White, Heather Bush, Melanie Yocum, Zachariah Clark, Kasey “Skee” Clark, and stepson Kevin Lance Hart Jr.; his siblings: Danny Clark, Sandy Welter, and Karen Richardson; and his cherished grandchildren: Bella Clark, Xander Yocum, Kevin Lance Hart III, Finley Clark, Freya Clark, Elijah Grant, Ethan White, Savannah White, Isaiah Harrington, and Ireland Clark.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Harriet Clark, and his sister, Susie Clark.

His legacy lives on in the laughter of his grandchildren, the stories shared by friends, and the love that surrounds his family. Kevin will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew him. A Celebration of Life will be held at the IP&B Club, on October 12th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simple Cremation Indianapolis, located at, 6904 S. East St. Ste E. Indianapolis, In. 46227.
