“Betsy” Elizabeth L (Kraay) Harris age 77, of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away on May 10, 2026, at Community South Hospital.

Elizabeth was born on February 16, 1949, in Logansport, Indiana to James W Kraay and Mary E (Barr) Kraay. She attended Pioneer High School with the class of 1967, receiving her GED later, and she went on to be a florist driver for a flower shop.

Elizabeth was known for crafting, playing bejeweled and Euchre, she loved the colts, her favorite racecar driver was Jeff Gordan, 45 years AA Sobriety just shy of 46 years from her passing, and an active member in her AA program. She especially loved family, music, traveling, pets, and her faith.

Elizabeth is survived by Grace and Charles Cantwell (Daughter and Son-In-Law), George Thompson (Step Son), Rhonda Thompson (Step Daughter), Deanna Thompson (Step Daughter), Mary “Missy Moo” and Garth Wishert (Granddaughter and Grandson-In-Law), Timothy Cantwell/ Christa Roberts (Grandson/ Future Granddaughter-In-Law), Norma J. Trapp (Sister),Dean Roland Jude Cantwell, Eleanor Paloma, Bradlee Cantwell, Hunter James Cantwell, Rosemary Catherine and Eugene Ralph Loehrer (Great Grandchildren), and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. While many AA friends have passed on not to break annuity, her closest AA friends who survived are Alvin S, Donna M and Raymond B.

Preceded in death by James W. Kraay (Father), Mary E (Barr) Kraay (Mother), Stanley Kraay (Brother), Jerry Kraay (Infant Brother), James Roland Cantwell (Infant Grandson), Malachi Wishert (Great Grandson), Cecil Trapp (Brother-In-Law), Carolyn Kraay (Sister-In-Law).

We will be having a celebration of life on Saturday, July 4, 2026, starting 11:00 A.M. at Pisgah Christian Church located at 503 N Co Rd 600 W, Logansport, IN 46947
