Stephen Burke was born January 17th 1966 at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on July 27, 2026. Stephen was a graduate of George Washington High School. He is survived by his Mother Joyce Ray, Father Jarvis Burke, Brothers Daniel Burke and Scott Burke, Niece and Nephew Scott Burke Jr. and Sarah Burke, Aunt Linda Brinsley.
