Summary
Beloved son, brother, nephew, uncle and overall fun guy to be around, Anthony (Tony) Wayne Embry, 48, was freed of his earthly bonds on July 2, 2025. He was born on June 6th, 1977, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Wayne Embry and Tammy Hicks.
Tony grew up on Naval bases along the east coast and Great Lakes. He worked in hair and makeup; eventually, moving from behind-the-scenes to on-the-stage. as a drag queen. He loved to dance, had a clever and quick sense of humor and loved his family deeply.
For the last several years, he was completely devoted to his godchildren, Abi and Wyatt.
Tony is survived by his mother, Tammy Hicks; his father, Wayne Embry; his brother, Sean Embry; his godchildren: Abi and Wyatt; and several aunties, uncles, and cousins.
He will be sorely missed by all that knew him.

So sorry for your loss we had some fun times when he was living with you he was a chip off the old block with his mothers good sense and his fathers sense of humor he will be miss. Gods Speed!
Toni was one of the best cousins I could’ve ever asked for. ALWAYS made you laugh uncontrollably and brought the life to the party. I will always remember his vacation to Clearwater FL when I was a child, he invited my mom and sister and I to stay at his house on the beach and he did our make up and gave us a photoshoot, one of my favorite memories. He will be deeply missed by us all, but I know he’s in a better place and no longer in pain. I love you Cousin! Until we meet again 🤍
Toni you were the life of every family party. So much fun to be around. My favorite memory was when me and my girls stayed in Clearwater with you, you gave us all makeovers and then a photo shoot. My girls were so excited. You will be missed dearly. We loved you and I’m glad you are in a better place now with no more pain, even though the pain of losing you is hard for those remaining. ❤️
