He was born in Clay County, Tennessee to Effie (Reeder) Hill & William Hill on December 16, 1940. Bill spent most of his life as an auto mechanic. He loved riding his Harley. Bill is survived by his wife of 28 years Robin Hill, son Earl (Gina) Hill, two granddaughters and great grandkids.

Bill is preceded in death by his father William Hill, mother Effie Hill, his son Steven Hill and his stepson Gerald Smith. A ride in his honor will be announced.
