Brenda Fay Carter was born February 24,1966 to mother Rose Carter (Dunn) and father Ben Walker. Her sweet soul left us August 26th, 2024.
Brenda attended Indianapolis Public Schools and went on to work at Wishard Hospital where she would later on retire. She loved to spend time with her family. If there was dominoes, cards, bingo and Pepsi, she was there! She loved being a mother and grandmother. She loved the holidays and going out and shopping for all of her loved ones. She will truly be missed.
Brenda Is survived by her daughter (Desiree Swayzer), son (Terrence Swayzer), Sisters (Dorothy Cox, Rosie Oliver, Mary Perkins, Vera Anderson, Christine, Carrie, and Shirley) Brothers (Willie Carter, Joel Carter, and Wilson Carter) grandchildren (Angel Brown, Star Pigee, Terrance Jr. Pigee, Terell Pigee, Ternica Pigee, Ethan Mathews, Elijah Mathrews, Tamia Chapman) and many more extended family members.
Brenda Is preceded In death by her parents Rose Carter (Dunn), and Ben Walker, sisters (Sharon Dunn, Wendi, and Hattie) and brothers (Otha Lee Carter, Tommie Lee Carter, James, and Brady).
