Charles Nelson “Chuck, Chalk” Crouch rode his Harley through the gates of heaven on June 10, 2024.
He was born in Indianapolis to Shirley (Lindsey) Crouch & Charles Crouch on March 4, 1957. Chuck spent his life in the construction field. He loved spending time with his family & friends, especially with his fiancée Carolyn France & his 3 grandsons.
Chuck is survived by his mother Shirley Crouch, fiancée Carolyn France, sister Kathy Burton (Jay), children Victoria (Torry) Waltz, Amber Crouch (Robert Fowler), son Cody Crouch, grandsons Braxton & Liam Dennis, Matthias Fowler, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father Charles Crouch, his sister Sherry (Crouch) Zenor, grandparents Lena & Bremon Lindsey, grandparents Opal & Roger Crouch, several aunts, uncles & cousins.
A celebration of life was held on June 15, 2024 for family & friends gathered to honor Chuck's life.

I knew the first time I saw Chalk with my sister Carolyn they were in love. They just matched. Carolyn I am so sorry for your loss. I pray for you and the family during this difficult time. Chalk fly high. You are loved by many.
I am so sorry for your loss. He was such a good person. He was there to listen when someone needed an ear. And always had a good funny sparky sense of humor. The world is going to be different without him.
