While we lost our most beloved mom, wife, daughter, sister, many have lost a friend and loved one in her. She never knew a stranger and showed love to everyone with her entire being. Her aurora shined so bright that it would bring the light out in others. She was the calm surface in the ocean that gave you a peaceful feeling. She has been a rock to many and would do anything to help as she was when God called her home. An even after her death she continues to save others. She is the greatest love our family has lost but we are blessed to know she will live on in others.
We invite you all to share pictures or memories. It was her wish that we laugh and reminisce and smile together during this time.
Arrangements entrusted to Simple Cremation Indianapolis, 6904 S. East Street, Suite E, Indianapolis, IN.

I’m so sorry to the family and friends who lost a very good human being. She stood tall to help a stranger and for that she will always be my hero. I’m grateful to have known her and glad to have seen her truly living who she was as a loving human being.
Shine bright from heaven and watch over all your loved ones!! I true Hero is what you are!!
I won’t tell you how selfless she was, because if you knew her, you already know that. However, I will tell you of our countless conversations of how much she loved God and her family. She was joy and peace. She loved her children and her grandchildren endlessly. She was so proud of you all. She was a great friend and a sister in Christ. I loved her and so did my late husband Matthew. I pray for peace and comfort for her family and for her husband. Just know Eric, you made her happy and she loved you so very much. I look forward to reuniting with you Christy when I reach Heaven’s shore. You will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing you here on earth. Love always, Sheila

Christy was a very kind lady. She always had a smile on her face and nothing could ever bring her down. I was honored to work with such a wonderful lady. I’m just so sad that this tragedy has happened. I hope her family finds peace through this time. R.i.p
