Kriss Anna Higgins, lovingly known as Krissy, was born on April 6, 1973, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and passed away surrounded by love. She was the youngest daughter of Rick Higgins and Kay Breckenridge, who preceded her in death, along with her grandparents, Richard and Wyota Hansing, and Harry Higgins, and her cherished aunt, Suzi Atteberry.

The youngest in her family, Krissy embraced life with a spirited determination. She was a sister, aunt, partner, and friend who filled the lives of those around her with warmth, humor, and unconditional support.

Krissy is survived by her siblings, Doug Gillette (Darlene), Amy Gillette (Michael), Chad Higgins (Angie), and Jill Kelly (Brian). Her nieces and nephews, Keith Hall, Kevin Hall, Jason Gillette, Cassidy Gillette, Kiera Sloan, and Dane Kelly, will forever carry her love and encouragement in their hearts.

She shared her life with her devoted partner, John Conrad, and found joy in the little things—like perfecting a home-cooked meal, doting on her beloved cats, savoring her cigarettes, and finding comfort in her faith in Jesus.

Krissy will be remembered for her delightful knack for unexpected surprises and the joy she brought to others in her own unique way. Those who loved her will continue to find humor and warmth in the memories they hold dear, cherishing the special moments she left behind.

Rest easy, Krissy. You will be missed more than words can express.
