Larry Keith Lindsey passed away on December 22, 2025. He was born in Mattoon, Illinois, and moved to Speedway, Indiana during high school. He later lived in Indianapolis (College Park), where he raised his family, before retiring with his wife to Sarasota, Florida. His final three years were spent in Zionsville, Indiana.
Larry was a devoted husband, father, and papa. He was deeply dedicated to his children and family and coached soccer throughout his kids’ lives. He enjoyed golf, scuba diving, and watching any soccer match he could find.
He especially loved trips to Aruba with his wife and traveling the world with his sister.
Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Lindsey. He is survived by his sister, Charlotte Arkush; his children Dana Swygard (Nathan), Chris Lindsey (Kate), and Lori Lindsey; and his grandchildren Quinn and Ayden Lindsey and Sam Swygard.

Larry had a good heart. I worked with Larry for the better part of 10 years. We became friends for reasons other than our working together. Susan (RIP) was also a friend. Larry was a good man. I’m lucky to have had Larry as a part of my life.
We met Larry and Susan in Sarasota, and had many good times together. The memories will be forever. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, and your family.

My sincerest condolences to Larry’s children and family. I enjoyed those years coaching soccer with Larry in the dynamo organization. Always a fun guy to be around. Chris and Lori provided great soccer entertainment for their dad and for many others. Proud of each of you and your accomplishments And of having known your father.

Sharlee, I am so very sorry for your loss. As you know we grew up across the street from each other. I’mso glad to see that you two have kept in close contact with each other all these years.
