Summary

Michele Ann Carroll, 70, of Indianapolis, passed away September 21, 2024. She was born on September 15, 1954 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Bernard Udell, Sr. and Wilma Pauline (Hiser) Shaw. Michele was a 1972 graduate of Lawrence Central High School. She married John Carroll on July 27, 2000 and he preceded her in death on August 28, 2015.

Michele was a Medical Assistant in pediatrics for Methodist medical before retiring.

Michele loved spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. She enjoyed movies, tv shows, Pepsi and reading. She loved her dogs, especially Basset Hounds and Bloodhound Mister.

A celebration of life will be held at 400 W Church Street, Fortville, IN 46040 on Saturday, October 19th starting at 1pm with a service beginning at 2pm.

Michele is survived by her daughter, Jessica L. Jones (Randy Wise); sister, Cindy Hruska (Norman); grandchildren, Kaden Crockett and Crew Wise. She was preceded in death by her brother Bernard Udell Shaw, Jr and Carla Shaw.

  2. Every memory I have from High School involves Michele. Thank you Michele. You were the sweetest most thoughtful person I have ever known. And will always cherish those memories of working together at A&W. Going to the Drive-in. The Park Dances in the summer. So many to list. My prayers to the family and friends.
