Mrs. Pamela A. Carlisle of Speedway, IN passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis from complications with diabetes. 

Pam was a proud graduate of George Washington High School class of 1968. She worked as a paralegal for many years and was an avid bowler throughout the 70’s and 80’s who won many trophies. She was a talented cook and baker. She loved football and looked forward to cheering on (back seat coaching) her Colts every weekend. She was passionate about animals and always enjoyed a cute animal video sent her way.

She loved her family with a fierce heart and always wanted to see the best for them. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, George J. Carlisle; her sister, Regina (Curt); three children: Gina (Tony), Josh (Katie) and Mandi; five grandchildren; Danni (Zakk), Jonathan (Haley), Garrett, Makayla and Maggie. Twelve great-grandchildren;  Noah, Asher, Liam, Abel, Journey, Bentley, Zander, Amelia, Lilith, Forest, Thoren, and River; her two dogs, Mac and Luna; her awful bird, Frodo; and many loving family and friends.

Services are private.

Arrangements entrusted to Simple Cremation Indianapolis, 6904 S. East Street, Suite E, Indianapolis, IN.

  1. Deepest condolences for your family. Pam was a dear cousin when we were growing up. We lost touch which I deeply regret. Love you Pam. Rest in Peace and Heaven sweet lady

    1. Pam was my half sister. I didn’t really meet her until our dad passed away. We have kept in touch via Facebook for many years now. I just can’t believe she is gone. That makes the 4th sibling in 5 months to pass away. It just breaks my heart…. My deepest condolences to her children and grandchildren. Rest in peace sis ..

  2. My deepest condolences to George and family. I have so many fond memories of riding with Pam & George with the American Legion Riders. Pam was a sweetheart unless you ruffled her feathers. Then watch out! LOL! I loved her for that!! My thoughts and prayers are with family and friends.
