Richard Nicely. 1950-2023

Born in Lebanon Indiana on September 1, 1950 to Marvin Nicely and Ruth Nicely. Richard was pronounced dead on November 23, 2023 at IU Methodist. Richard loved to fish, camp, and play with his grandkids. In his career, he worked at Esserman tires in Frankfort, Indiana, Gander Mountain in Lebanon, Indiana, and then demo work in Lebanon Indiana, where he retired. Richard was preceded in death by his mother (Ruth Nicely), father (Marvin Nicely), and two brothers Marvin(MERV) Nicely and David Nicely. Survivors include his sister Mary (Bruce) Hoop of Indianapolis, sister Sue Mikesell of Indianapolis’s, niece Sasha Mikesell of Indianapolis, a daughter Heather (Daniel) Wynne of New Castle and 5 grandchildren Faith Hill, Hunter Hill, Haleigh Hill, Daniel Wynne 4th and Nevaeh Wynne all of New Castle. Richard will be cremated with a celebration of like to take place at a later time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simple Cremation Indianapolis.
