Ricki “Rick” A. Williamson, 72, of Mooresville, passed away on May 23rd, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital. He was born on February 5th, 1953, to Norma D. Stratton, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Rick is survived by his wife, of 42 years, Cindy Williamson; his children, Louis A. Williamson II and Lacy G. Williamson; four grandchildren: Caleb A. Williamson, Isaiah Hartig, Aliyah S. Kehrt, and Haylee J. McFarland Williamson, three brothers: Jeff (Sonny) Stratton, Chuck Stratton, and Scott Stratton; and one sister, Linda Marsh.
Rick worked at YRC for 30 years and was a member of Teamsters. Local 135. He loved to go fishing, cooking, grilling, and spending time with his family, friends, and neighbors.
The family will host a Celebration of Life at the American Legion, Post 252, located at 334 U.S. Hwy. 31 S. Greenwood, IN. 46142 on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 - from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simple Cremation Indianapolis, located at 6904 South East St. Suite E, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227.
