Shirley Faye Willey, November 28, 1945-January 21, 2025.

Shirley F. Willey,79, of Fairland, IN passed away at her home on January 21, 2025. She was born on November 28, 1945, to Chad W. Hall and Verna Hall (Howard) in Harlan, Kentucky. 

She is proceeded in death by both her parents, her beloved husband Norman Willey, two sisters Katherine Sanders (Hall) and Donna Hall, and one brother Robert Hall. 

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Burton; Grandchildren Tasha (Evan) Whitacre, Krystal (Chris) Walterman and Riley Burton. Her great grandchildren, Christopher, Stephanie. Colton and Bella; Brothers Chad Jr., Michael, Eddie and Freddie; Sisters, Sandra Hall, Patricia Hall and Tracey McFarland.

She was employed with Wellman Thermal Systems in Shelbyville, IN for 30 + years before retiring.

Shirley was a lifelong animal lover and had a special place in her heart for dogs. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to a local animal shelter in her memory.

Shirley’s memory will live on in the heart of her family and friends forever.
