Summary
Tyler Adam Gamber, age 34, of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on May 2, 2024. Tyler was born to Todd and Pamela Gamber on May 30, 1989, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Tyler graduated from North Putnam High School and was currently employed at Lee Supply. Tyler was an avid music listener, tattoo enthusiast, animal lover, and a friend to all he met. To know Tyler was to love him.
Tyler is survived by his fiancée, Susan; his father, Todd (Annie); sister, Tara (Walter), and niece and nephews, Nathan, Abby, and Jacob.
Tyler is also survived by his grandmother, Kirby; his aunts, Tammy (Clyde) and Tonda (Steve); grandfather, Norman; as well as several cousins.
Tyler was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela, and an uncle, Walt.
Prior to the accident Tyler had made the decision to be an organ donor. As the result of his passing, Tyler was able to give the gift of life through organ donation.
The family would like to thank the staff at Eskenazi Hospital in both the ER and the 6th floor for the care they provided Tyler over the last 13 days. As well as the staff with the Indiana Donor Network for their compassion and professionalism shown.
A private celebration of life will be held for family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your local animal shelter in Tyler’s name.

Todd ,I am so sorry for the loss of Tyler, I didn’t know him , like I did Tara , when they were little, he looked so much like you, I wish there was something I could say to ease the pain , but there isn’t, he is with his mommy now, love you Todd

I am so unbelievably sorry to hear this. Tyler was not only my friend in school but one of the best people I have ever met in my life. So sorry to the family for losing such a wonderful human being.
