He was born April 21, 1983.

Wayne was a wonderful husband to Meleia Mitchell. He was a wonderful brother to Thomas & (Kristina) McMurray and Jennifer & (Michael) Loos. He was a wonderful grandson to Claudia Basey. He had worked hard to change his life around for his wife and family. He had wonderful Nieces and Nephews. He talked to Pagie once a week and wanted to be there for her and the kids. Now he is watching over all of us.
