William “Billy” Kline, 68, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024. He was born December 26, 1955.
Billy is survived by his kids, nieces, nephews, and sister, Faith Moore.
Billy was preceded in death by his mother, LaDonna Moore, his stepdad, Bill Moore, and his brothers, Grant and David.
